This military aircraft appeared as a carrier-based version of the V/STOL (short take-off and landing) fighter-attack aircraft Harrier, which entered practical use for the first time in the world by the UK. Tamiya has faithfully recreated this aircraft as a plastic model assembly kit. Features of the Sea Harrier such as variable nozzle and large canopy with good visibility faithfully recreated. The air brake can display opened or closed. A wealth of weapon parts such as a sidewinder, a 1000-pound bomb, and a 30mm Aden cannon pod demonstrate the Sea Harrier's superior attack power.
